Beauty Elements Ventures Inc. Celebrates a Decade of #UnbeaTEN Years



Ten years ago, Jazz Burila left her job at a multinational firm to pursue a dream. She founded Beauty Elements Ventures Inc. (BEVI) with the certainty that the Philippine market needs a skin lightening product that works.

Through extensive research, Burila and her collaborators were able to develop a whitening soap that do not contain harmful ingredients. Soon, BEVI was able to launch the original kojic acid soap formulated the traditional Japanese way but added with high-grade virgin coconut oil to make it even better.

From a few dozen orders back in 2007, Kojie San has now sold millions of soap bars, becoming a top favorite among Filipinos. Today, the innovative product is not only available to consumers across the Philippines but is being distributed worldwide as an export commodity.  

BEVI's success story is a testament to Burila's undaunted determination to help Filipinas have a lighter, flawless, and more beautiful complexion. Originating from a humble office in a Makati residential area, the company now operates from an entire building. Moreover, its six-hectare of manufacturing facilities in San Pablo, Laguna provides jobs to more than 500 employees.

During BEVI's 10th Anniversary celebration at Sofitel Manila earlier this week, Burila effusively thanked the people who had been with her for many years and said she looks forward to more successful years to come. 

As proven by its numerous satisfied users, Kojie San effectively evens out skin tone and erases dark spots and other forms of skin pigmentations. It also corrects discoloration while providing skin lightening. The Kojie San Classic Line includes the Skin Lightening Soap, Cleanser+Toner, Face Lightening Cream, and Body Lightening Lotion.

For five consecutive years, as a testament to the brand's commitment to quality, Kojie San has garnered recognition as "Bath Soap Brand of the Year" at the Watson's Health and Beauty Awards and Consumer "SM Top Choice" Awards

This successful Classic Line has given birth to other categories such as anti-aging, acne treatment, men's skincare, cellulite control, sunblock, and fragrances. BEVI has also formulated a new line of skin brightening products called Bellic
